We want you to feel confident and comfortable in your Active Truth gear, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all full-priced items. If your fit isn't perfect, we are happy to provide a refund, exchange, or store credit for items in original condition.

Return Process

  Check Your Items

  Ensure your items are unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags and hygiene stickers still attached.

• 2.
  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 3.
  Pack and Post

  Securely package your items and use the prepaid shipping label provided or follow the instructions for your preferred courier.

• 4.
  Process and Refund

  Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
